SCHOOL STYLE I.

I'm truly blessed to attend Los Angeles County High School for the Arts in a cauldron of creativity, where kids are free to express themselves and their style. The style at LACHSA is so rich it's a constant source of inspiration to me. These kids are always seasons ahead of the game, sometimes without even knowing it. My high school is like an almighty maternal god, birthing style at a culmination where creative youth join together in community and create aesthetics long before they catch onto the mainstream. I am so grateful to have this optimal source of inspiration at my fingertips each day. I will miss it when I go to university. Thank you to everyone in this series who excites me with evocative and liberating self expression in the form of clothing. These photos were taken in October on 35 mm film.
